Learn to be the runner you were born to be! Get video feedback on your running and see where you can improve quickest. In this workshop, we’ll learn the best techniques, how to avoid injury, and why training with the right consistency, intensity and distance can make all the difference for you.


We’ll cover proper running mechanics, nutrition for running, specific workouts, training strategies and race tactics.

6 Miles Run to Pinnacle Trail View with Michael Arnstein
3 mile run on the roads to a trail head that will climb about 800ft to a spectacular lookout of Lake George.
The group generally needs to stay together for this run so no one gets lost on the road or the trail.
Running pace will be about 8-9min mile pace; if this is not something you can maintain, please consider driving (if you have a car) to the trail head and then doing the hike from there.
