You are invited to a sensuous salad bar with an extensive selection of the freshest greens, vegetables, sweet fruit and non-sweet “veggie-fruits”. Build your unique creation on an abundant foundation of crisp greens selection, which can include tender leaf lettuces, succulent spinach, locally grown spring mixes or whole leaf lettuces. Choose from a dazzling array of beautifully prepared tomatoes, cucumber, celery, carrots, summer squashes, zoodles… and oh so much more! A choice of fresh herbs will also be available, to customize your creation, which may include cilantro, Italian parsley, basil, or chives/scallions. Crown your “signature salad bowl” creation with one of several memorable dressing options available each night: top with a creamy concoction that includes one overtly fatty ingredient (avocado, or coconut), or splash with exquisite, perfectly balanced lighter infusions, or if you dare - our spicy special. All dressings will be prepared by raw vegan chefs Chris Kendall and Ashley Clark.
