We will open in circle, introducing ourselves and the intention of the dance, followed by a gradual rise in the presence of the music and group exercise to get participants into their bodies and the rhythm of the music. It will progress into utter freedom and release into dance & sound, and closing circle will offer opportunity for us to share our experience.
