In Part 2 of this exercise class series, Dr. SAM is going to continue to teach you how to train
and program your body for optimal health and fitness. Basic movement patterns and
exercises will continue to be emphasized and exercise progressions and regressions will be
demonstrated to help you train at an appropriate level for your abilities. This will help you
prevent injuries and improve performance. Do you want to know if your performing a
movement or exercise correctly? Come find out!
Let Dr. SAM's unique approach to exercise help guide you back to better health. Dr. SAM's
