When embracing a Vegan diet one often comes to realize the horrible atrocities a conventional lifestyle supports, anger and sadness is the most common result, with good reason. This openhearted discussion will go into many reasons one may have when going vegan; the benefits of growing in reasons to stay vegan, and with that the many ways we can succeed socially with a raw vegan lifestyle. Learning and choosing to grow in inner peace can help one spread the vegan message with increased conscious awareness and compassion. The are always ways to improve our own health game and learn to spread the message in a more effective way, this talk endeavors to help you with that aim.
